Fabrication

Our purpose-built fabrication shop sits alongside the main machining area at our Leicestershire factory enabling us to offer the advantage of being a full machining and fabrication company.

As well as undertaking prototype and development work, we also offer refurbishment of worn parts. Our years of experience, and the innovative ideas we develop as a team, allow us to add value to all the commissions we receive from our customers by problem-solving and achieving savings and efficiencies in production.

We can work on items up to two tonnes in weight and up to around four metres in length.

We offer both MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials from mild steel to stainless steel and including abrasive plate such as Hardox. We also offer aluminium welding.

Our large machining capacity enables us to pre-machine before welding operations in the fabrication area and then on to final machining.
Trusted suppliers - who meet the exacting standards set by our ISO-accredited quality management standards - can be asked to take on work on our clients' behalf in the areas of sheet metalwork, plate metalwork and bending when this is beyond our capacity.
